Custom Air Handling with true no-through-metal construction from Klimak.

Foamed panels in 1” (R-7), 2” (R-12), 2.25” (R-17), 3” (R-19) and 4” (R-21)

Panel Options Include:

• Polyester coated 20, 18, or 16 gauge galvanized steel or aluminum alloy

• AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel in 20 or 18 gauge

• FRP with UV protection

Thermal bridging eliminated by

• Composite jambs joining inner and outer panels

• Two stage gasketing on panel jambs and access door. Glued on gaskets are not used in Klimak air handlers.

Frame construction:

• PVC for 1” and 2” wall units

• Extruded aluminum for 3/35’, 3’, and 4” wall units

​​

Options include:

• Washdown construction

• EC fan arrays

• Acoustic lining and perf inner liners

• Knock down construction for hard to access replacement applications
