Opened in January of 2009, the Tampa Bay History Center is the first Hillsborough County-owned building registered under the LEED Green Building Rating System.
1 – McQuay Model WMC Magnetic Bearing, VFD Driven, Dual Compressor Chiller (250 tons)
|Lemon Bay High School (Charlotte County Public Schools) Englewood, Florida
Completed in December 2011, this $60M project replaced the existing high school that was ravaged by Hurricane Charley in 2004.
3 – McQuay Model WME Magnitude Frictionless Centrifugal Chillers
| O&C Revitalization Phases 1, 2, 3 & 4 Kennedy Space Center, Florida
Currently in Phase 5, the renovations to the Operations & Checkout Building are just part of the undergoing improvements at the Kennedy Space Center. Work will continue at the spaceport through to 2013.
